Payment Terms:

All orders will be invoiced as posted.  Invoices are billed to vendors based on a 30-day term of payment.


Shipping & Tracking:

Orders will ship out within 24 hours of the next business day as long as items are in stock.  You will receive notification if items are out of stock at the time of your order.  All orders are sent via U.S. Priority Mail for price savings and tracking ability.  Shipping costs will be additionally charged to your order exactly the amount of what it costs for Priority Mail (vendor orders include free shipping). 


Return Policy:

Items are returnable in the original condition for a full refund minus any shipping costs within 30 days of purchase.  Any received items that are damaged during shipment are 100% refundable or replaceable at no extra charge.
